Workshop: Learn to swim quickly

This workshop is designed for non-swimmers and beginners 🏊‍♂️ who want to quickly learn the basics to feel comfortable in the water 🌊 and swim safely 🛟. The workshop is open to everyone (12 years and older) 👶➡️👩 and takes place at the UQAM pool in Montreal 📍.

The workshop is divided into 5 parts:

1️⃣ Group pool session 🏊‍♀️: Learn swimming basics under the guidance of qualified instructors 👩‍🏫.
2️⃣ Theoretical presentation out of the water 📖: Understand swimming principles with personalized feedback ✍️.
3️⃣ Group pool session 🏊: Practice and apply the techniques learned ✅.
4️⃣ Interactive out-of-water session 💬: Clarify doubts and deepen theoretical knowledge 🧠.
5️⃣ Private individual coaching in the pool 🤝: Enhance your technique based on your specific needs 💪.

This workshop is designed to help you increase your swimming efficiency and cover greater distances 🏊‍♂️ by improving your breathing 🌬️, glide 🌊, propulsion 🚀, and coordination 🤝. Whether you’re planning a triathlon 🏅 or not, whether it’s your first or 20th triathlon, this workshop is for athletes of all levels 💪.

Open to participants aged 12 and older 👶➡️👩, this workshop is suitable for individuals who can already swim ✅ and takes place at the UQAM Sports Center pool in Montreal 📍.

The workshop is divided into 4 parts:

1️⃣ Group introduction session 👥: Setting goals 🎯.
2️⃣ Introduction to general physical preparation for swimming 🏋️‍♀️: Get your body ready to perform in the water.
3️⃣ In-water practice sessions 🏊: Private coaching to improve your technique based on your specific needs ✨.
